Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with a passion for optimizing complex supply chain processes? What will you do?
As a Supply Network Planner, you’ll be responsible for optimizing and improving our supply chain systems across Europe. You’ll work with advanced planning and production optimization tools, including an upcoming implementation of O9 (supply network planning), and SAP S/4Hana for production planning (PPDS). With a recent successful implementation in the Benelux and an expansion to eleven countries and thirteen operational companies planned from January 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable and efficient supply chain.
- Improve and streamline supply chain processes for various locations in Europe;
- Manage and optimize the balance between demand and supply, inventory levels, and costs;
- Establishing a close cooperation with Production Planners/ Scheduling through SLA and optimizing plan adherence;
- Actively work with supply-planning software such as O9 and other ERP systems;
- Conduct scenario analysis and prioritize within the supply network;
- Collaborate internationally, traveling 20% of the time.
What we like to see in you
- Completed Bachelor of Masters degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Engineering;
- At least 4 years of experience in production planning (MRP, or a similar role) with knowledge of SAP, optimizers such as O9 or APO, and PPDS;
- Experience in the food and/or FMCG sector;
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, able to switch between various tasks.
- Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus);
- If you’re fluent in either Spanish or Polish, that is a major plus;
- Flexible and willing to travel within the EU.
