What will you do?

As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Demand Planning: Analyzing sales forecasts and historical data to accurately predict future demand; 
  • Order Processing: Coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers; 
  • Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and costs; 
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensuring timely delivery through close contact with suppliers; 
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing supply chain data to provide insights for strategic decisions; 
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing stock levels to prevent shortages and surpluses; 
  • Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

What we like to see in you

For this role, we’re looking for an independent professional who is analytically strong and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Key attributes and qualifications include: 
  • Education: Minimum HBO or MBO level, preferably in logistics or supply chain; 
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role; 
  • Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with data analysis and production planning; 
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus (Dutch language courses available); 
  • Competencies: Problem analysis, attention to detail, assertiveness, goal-oriented, and progress monitoring.
