Where will you work?

Kramp was founded in 1951 as a small family business. Nowadays, Kramp has expanded to an international company that has a leading position in the agricultural market for parts in more than 24 European countries. Despite the size of the company, the family culture still prevails. The short communication lines, absence of a hierarchical structure and the events and workshops that are organized by the company are examples of this. Kramp has a clear goal, namely to make things as easy as possible for their customers. You can see this in their slogan: ‘’It’s that easy’’. What’s more, Kramp is constantly investing in innovation and optimalization, which allows them to add value to different logistic processes. You are responsible for developing and implementing packaging standards for the international environment in which Kramp operates. Focus areas you emphasize in this process are, for example, the impact on costs, sustainability, waste reduction, current packaging machines and customer experience. You will make all process flows transparent and determine how the processes can be improved. You can do this by monitoring internal and external developments in packaging technologies.
