Kramp delivers multiple (spare)parts to companies in different markets, such as the Agricultural market, Forest & Grasscare, Construction and Mechanical Engineering. What are you going to do?

Within the function of a Process Engineer the focus is on process improvements in the international context in which Kramp operates. You are going to work on the complex processes within the supply chain and you will design and optimize these processes. To get insight in the processes and to standardize these, you will deepen yourself into a lot of data. Based on this data you will make analyses about the performance of for example the packaging lines and return processes within Kramp. In addition, analyzing and monitoring discrepancies in the process are among your responsibilities. To fully understand all processes, you will regularly work on the work floor. You will also be expected to sometimes work at Kramp’s other locations within Europe.

What we like to see in you.

As a Process Engineer at Kramp you have to contain strong analytic skills. You like to think about processes and enjoy diving into the details of these processes. You are energized by analyzing data and want to deepen yourself further into this data in order to make decisions. You will perform a specialized role within Kramp in which you can deploy your previous knowledge and experience. In addition, you possess:  
  • A completed bachelor or master degree in the direction of Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Technical business or another economic study direction;
  • At least five years of relevant work experience as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Lean consultant;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing;
  • 32-40 hours of availability;
  • A background in Lean methodology.

Where will you work?

Kramp is founded in 1951 as a small family business. Nowadays, Kramp is expanded to an international company that has a leading position in the agricultural market for parts in more than 24 European countries. Despite the size of the company, the family culture still prevails. The short communication lines, little hierarchy and the events and workshops that are organized by the company are examples of this. In addition, Kramp is constantly investing in innovation and optimalization, which allows them to add value to different logistic processes. Sustainability also has a significant role in the company.
