A masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
At least seven up to ten years of experience in Supply Chain Management;
Good knowledge of S&OP processes;
Some experience with stakeholder management;
Fluent in English spoken and written.

What are you going to do?
In the role of Outbound Plannings Manager you are responsible for the semi-finished and the finished goods processes. To be more specific, your role contains S&OP responsibility in the factory (masterplanning and short term planning) processes and the factory capacity planning.
At Danone, factory capacity planning means having a focus on demand and supply capabilities. Regarding the customer service level, you need to maintain a low stock level whilst to fulfill customer needs. The total team you are going to lead is contains 5-10 planning members and 1-4 customer services members.
In your role as Outbound Plannings Manager you have to cooperate with two factories. One of them is a lot older than the other one. So, this means that you have to make a bridge between those factories without changing their way of working. The bridge has to be made because of their shared distribution centre and shared efficiency /output.
You will report to the Supply Chain manager and the S&OP manager. The responsibility for more than 350 SKUs for approximately forty Cluster Business Units of Danone Nutricia is yours. This is produced in the two factories in Cuijk and Haps through five production lines.
